Zoom Information

Zoom Reminders

  • You should always Zoom from your Chromebook
  • Do not Zoom while driving or at work. You must make sure you are not scheduled to be somewhere else when you have class.  
  • You must be in your Zoom on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late you will not be given attendance

I don't have a Zoom account

Check your student email for a message from RJUHSD Technology. You should have an email with a link to start your Zoom account. If you do not see the email. Please call the front desk at 916-786-0793 and they will send a message to technology. 

My teacher is not letting me in the Zoom

Check the time your class starts. Teachers are only in the Zoom for that specific class hour. If you are in class at the correct time and still not being let into the Zoom call the front desk at 916-786-0793.

Where are my Zoom Links?

Zoom links are located in Aeries/Homelink (NOT THE APP, MUST BE IN FULL SITE), in Dashboard. If your class has a Zoom you will see the JOIN link in the class tile.
